This Delivery & Return Policy outlines CUF Safetywear and CUF Workwear & Uniforms (Ireland) Limited practices with respect to delivedries & returns of purchaced products from users who access our website at https://cufsafetywear.ie .

CUF Safetywear and cufsafetywear.ie are Trading Names of CUF Workwear & Uniforms (Ireland) Limited.   Registered in Ireland No. 733698.

Deliveries

Delivery to Online customers in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland is Free for orders over the value of €100 (Exclusive of VAT)

Delivery charge for orders under the value of €100 (Exclusive of VAT) will be charged €9.99 + VAT

For shipments outside the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland, Please find the below costs plus vat

Deliveries will be dispatched within 2-4 working days, if goods are in stock. Some products are pre-ordered will be dispatched within 7-14 working days

Exchanges will be subject to a re-delivery charge of €9.99 + VAT

Goods for exchange or refund must be returned to CUF Workwear & Uniforms (Ireland) Limited, Dublin Road, Navan, Co. Meath  C15 W5W6

All goods returned for exchange or refund must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition.

Returns

You may return any item bought from our website within 28 days of delivery providing it is in the original packaging and suitable for resale.

Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty we cannot accept the return of:

• Goods that have been embroidered, badged or printed.
• Goods that have been assembled in line with your requirements.
• Goods that have been specially procured in line with your requirements.

We reserve the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.

It can take up to 7 working days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However, once we receive your goods, we will inspect and process them within 2 working days. Refunds will automatically be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the goods.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Updates or amendments to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to periodically amend or revise our Delivery & Return Policy; material changes will be effective immediately upon the display of the revised Delivery & Return Policy. The last revision will be reflected in the "Last modified" section. Your continued use of the Platform, following the notification of such amendments on our website, constitutes your acknowledgment and consent of such amendments to the Delivery & Return Policy and your agreement to be bound by the terms of such amendments.
